HACK
YOUR BRAIN
TO CUT YOU
LOOSE
As a mental preparation specialist, I’ve developed a practice called “MINDSET HACKING.”
This professional method optimizes mental and physical performance and was originally developed for athletes and performing artists on tour.
It has now been fully adapted for business professionals.
How can we “hack” the way our brains work?
Inspired by coding and advertising strategies, it’s as simple as reprogramming computer systems or using artificial intelligence.
You can choose your new mental program and replace stress and exhaustion with calm and fulfillment.
« RULE YOUR MIND OR IT WILL RULE YOU »
A PATH TOWARD MENTAL SKILLS TRAINING
In 2005, I began studying various mental training techniques to further my career as a creative team manager working with artists on international tours.
I then spent 8 years working as a consultant on events, road shows and team support.
SPORTS, MEDIAS & ENTERTAINMENT MANAGEMENT
In 2013, as a fixer, I regularly accompanied many athletes and artists on their tours, handling media relations, managing their private lives and overseeing their recovery
I then developed a strategic approach combining mental and physical training, in collaboration with specialists in neuroscience, nutrition, meditation, addiction and martial arts, across Canada, the United States, Switzerland and France.
MENTAL HEALTH & DETOX PROGRAMS
In 2016, between Ontario and Quebec, I launched an in-person digital detox program in collaboration with various professionals from the media, entertainment, and video game industries who needed it.
For three years, I also provided daily support to people in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction through mental and physical preparation dedicated to long-term addictions.
PUBLIC INFORMATION & PROMOTION
At the same time, as a reporter, I covered numerous topics related to mental and physical health for HuffPost Québec.
In 2017, I mainly published reports and articles on addiction, mental health, and the fentanyl crisis in Canada.
My documentary series “Gamers,” which explores digital addiction, won the silver award in the “Best Feature/Series” category at the 2018 Canadian Online Publishing Awards.
TODAY
Since 2021, I have also been using nutritional therapy to help athletes, artists, and entrepreneurs recover from injuries and improve their performance.

TESTIMONIALS
“After cruciate ligament surgery and six months of rehabilitation, I started personalized coaching program with Nils to progress further athletically and, at the same time, to refocus myself.
First, Nils asked me a great many questions and listened to me very carefully. Then he prepared a very specific, personalized program for me, focusing on nutrition, recovery and exercise. Each week, the program evolved, and we would either discuss things and work together or I would work on my own.
Little by little, he gave me a whole range of tools and taught me how to use them to support my routine day after day. I listened, practised, and worked on myself patiently… and I started to change… First, I changed physically. I reclaimed control over my body, my metabolism, and the connection between my brain and my diet. I learned about how I function and my unique characteristics, my weaknesses and my strengths, my needs, and I listened to myself.
Alongside this incredible physical journey, my mind also changed. I became aware of my emotional dysfunctions and of certain toxic relationships I had, and I patiently sorted things out…
Thanks to Nils and his teachings, I have gradually freed myself from many mental barriers day by day; I have become more clear-sighted, focused on my goals, and more flexible in how I approach, understand, and handle situations.
Over the course of this year of daily practice using the tools Nils taught me, I have managed to find and develop my own routines and my “personal style.” I have become much lighter physically and mentally, more centered, and I am now able to live each day with greater flexibility, more presence, more joy, and more serenity.
Before, I was chasing after life and others; now, life and others come to me.
Looking back, my journey with Nils seems mysterious and humble, but one thing is certain: Nils is a true professional and a remarkable coach. He simply helped me get back on track with my life’s path, and I thank him for it every day.
Intensive personal coaching for 3 months, followed by monthly check-ins and support for 1 year. »
GUILLAUME SIRON, Hockey Player / Coach - FRANCE“Nils is someone who, through his experience, helps us reveal our true selves and who fundamentally understands who we are and what we need—all without judgment.
His ability to read people allows him to guide us and empower us to make the choices and take the necessary steps for our growth as human beings—spiritually, professionally, or personally—all while respecting our own values and boundaries.
Nils helped me reflect on every aspect of my life to better understand the direction I needed to take with my choices, and this allowed me to find myself exactly where I needed to be to achieve my life goals.
I can’t thank him enough for freeing me from many of the emotional ties and false beliefs I held about myself. I highly recommend working with Nils. »
KATRINE LAVIGNE, Financial Planner - CANADA“An ongoing project to launch a new French defense industry system.
Nils has successfully adapted and now offers services on par with the sector’s largest international manufacturers.”
LAURENT GRASSIN, Founder at Armurerie de Bordeaux - FRANCE« Best mental and physical training for speed recovery IMHO. Never felt better getting older but stronger.
Thanks Nils for the daily routine, you were right and made a good check out.

CHRIS SIMMONS, Professional athlete - MMA fighter - CANADA« How to describe Mr. Incandela’s work.
What best defines it is that, through the practice of a martial art—one that can be adapted to each individual—every moment allows one to rediscover one’s own balance.Through my experience with the katana, Nils reveals a physical and mental renewal.
His method thus becomes an instinctive way to reconnect with one’s creative spirit, and consequently to become one’s own guide. We may pride ourselves on being able to do this work alone; it is true that we possess all the necessary abilities, yet his perspective and approach remain essential to rediscovering this balance.
In short, he offers invaluable guidance in this journey. »
DAVID GUY, Entrepreneur - Surfer - FRANCE« Time-saving, perseverance, understanding, and professionalism are Mr. Incandela’s strengths.
I highly recommend him. »
EDOUARD MERLET, Owner of the Castle Tour St Bonnet - FRANCE« Nils helped me a lot during injuries and stressful periods of time. Meditation and mindfulness are now fully integrated to my daily workout and it helped me building quality time with my family and friends. I was stubborn and sceptical at first. I still am but now I can live happily with that. Give this hack a try. «
